In celebration of National Park Week and Community HealthCorps' newest partnership with the Rivers and Trails Program of the National Park Service, Community HealthCorps members at the Institute for Family Health (IFH) in Bronx, New York invited residents to "Picture Yourself Healthy in a Park"!  In addition to IFH, partnerships have also been formed at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center in Boston, MA, and DC Primary Care Association in Washington, DC. The goal of the Community HealthCorps and National Park Service partnership is to promote the health values of parks and to engage communities in exploring these valuable resources that many of us can find only a few short feet away from our doorsteps.
